Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of My Voice Musique AI, our iOS app and website (myvoicemusique.com). By using it, you agree to them. The service is run by an individual developer based in British Columbia, Canada (“we”).

Who can use it

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you need a parent's or guardian's permission. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your email secure.

Plans and payments

• There is a Free plan, Plus and Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly), and one-time song packs.
• Paid items are sold through Apple, and payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Song credits have no cash value.
• Purchased song packs don't expire while your account exists.
• Songs included in a monthly plan reset each month and don't roll over.

Your content and your songs

You own what you put in, such as your recordings and words. Subject to the terms of our AI providers, we give you the right to use the songs you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing them with friends and family, or posting them on social media, is fine.

AI is not perfect. We don't guarantee that a song is unique or that the AI's output is free of errors.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the service to make or share:

• hateful, sexual, violent or harassing content;
• content that impersonates another person;
• content that infringes someone else's rights;
• the names or lyrics of real artists or copyrighted songs.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report a song in the app or by email at hello@myvoicemusique.com.

Service as is

The service is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and if the change is important we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
